| On Sunday 29 Jan and Tuesday 31 Jan I respectivelywithdrew cash at the Heathway Centre and Fairland (next to Spar, Smit Street, Fairlands) FNB ATMS . On both occasions the ATM's had no paper loaded to print statements or acknowledgement of withdrawls/ slips. Unfortunately it is not a rare occurrence at these ATM's: in the past year I recal it having happened at least 5 times - it is just not good enough to see the "Sorry but we are unable to print your slip" message flashed on the screen every time - surely regular maintenance/ servicing of these machines can be done?! Very frustrating indeed. This has also happened at the Worldwear Centre FNB ATM. | |||

| Quite Impressed: FNB, notified me by sms that they confirmed receipt of my complaint on the same day I posted it here; and then -by way of Paul - "'the custodian for ATM's in the area" - phoned me 3 days after my complaint and notified me that he would personally ensure that sufficient paper would in future be loaded in said ATM's. Thank you for your positive attention to my complaint. | |||
