Internet banking prepaid transfer not loaded

I buy prepaid through FNB on the 13/1/2012 the money in the amount of R150.00 was taken of my account but the money was never loaded on my phone. I phone FNB they told me to wait 24 hrs and if the money is not on my account to contact them again. The Saturday morning I contact them again and the promise to launch a querry into that in the meantime al also send a email and get response back that a query was launch query no 18326.For 22 days now I'm trying to get answers. if I phone customer care they send me to Internet banking they send me to mobile banking in the meantime they refer me every time to another department without helping me solve my query. I went to FNB kremetart Centre in Brits this morning. Needless to say I spoke to a lady call Chyntia she phone internet banking how transfer her to client services who transfer her to cell phone banking and back again . No answers yet and nobody replying on my calls, emails and even when I try to find out through their branch not even they could get any response from FNB

Quite Impressed: FNB online banking come back to me and apologised. They sorted my problem and even load  additional R50.00 on my phone for the inconvience. Thank you FNB for coming back to me and resolve my problem. Hope something like this wont happen in the future doing business with FNB.
