I have had my fnb savings account with this branch for more than 5 years, but this is also the only bank i have banked with since i was in school making it well over 10 years i have been with this bank, never have i seen the charges i am being charged currently, for transfers i am paying r5 each, every time i swipe my card and a normal place i get charged r2.50, should i pay any account from this account i get charged a r10 fee, on top of that i get charged a monthly fee for using the internet banking and then i get charged for services, how much more can you charge me on a savings account, surely a savings account should be something that gets minimal charges to, how is any body supposed to save when the various bank charges are killing you financially, just in january alone i have paid r211.00. I also want to know why when month end comes it takes 2 to 3 days for transactions to go through on my other account leaving my account in the minus, but the rest of the month when we swipe this card the transactions go through immediately. For all the things fnb offer on thier adverts they surely are not as up to scratch as they pretend to be. |
