| The treatment I got from FNB Pritchard street in JHB today-was horrible. My cheque card has expired and I received an SMS notifying me that my new is available in Pretoria [my branch]. I now work in JHB and PTA is too far for me. Best thing is to have it delivered in JHB. So I went to the nearest FNB branch which is Pritchard to see if they can deliver the card there instead. Got there-went straight to the collection desk, where Nomsa was. She did not even greet me. Anyway, I processed to explain my situation. Before I could even finish Nomsa said "no it won't be possible". "Go to your branch, we don't transfer bank cards". I asked to speak to a manager or a person that is willing to help me. I had to wait for over 15min until I got assisted by a gentleman. I explained everything to him and he immediately said, "okay we can assist you with that". He approached Nomsa with a solution, she responded by saying "I already told her that it's not possible". After a small argument a card was printed. Nomsa then said, "I have charged you R 60.00 in error for the card". I don't even think that the money was reversed. Nomsa must realise that useless people like me pay her salary. im so angry | |||
