Please explain something to me. FNB claims to have paid debit orders on my behalf for which they charged me R115 each X3. They then rejected them for which they charged me R130 X3. The total amount of the debit orders was just under R1000. They then send me an sms to say that my account is R2034 overdrawn and nobody can tell me why. Yesterday R1000 was paid into the account but I can't access it despite the fact that the account was only overdrawn by R1000 in the first place and that was cancelled by the fact that they rejected the debit orders so there should be R1000 available. They are now refunding the R345 that they charged me for honoring something that they in fact charged me for dishonoring? |

| Utterly Disgusted: you refunded the wrong amount and then proceeded to make another charge of R115 for honoring a debit order i don't even have. the worst is that if i had not complained FNB would have been happy to keep the money - think about it R345 x 100000 accounts = nice money for no work | |||
