| On 4 Dec 2011 00:17 I received an SMS from FNB that their was money withdrawn from a ATM in Hatfield. Luckily I was awake and was at a friends house. We immediately got in the car, drove to a police station and completed a Affidavit. On the 6th at the branch itself a letter of dispute and another affidavit. Cancelled the card and ordered a New one. No problems there. Yesterday, More than a month later I went in to the bank again. 1 to 2 hours wasted again. When the service Consultant helped me, witch was very very helpful, informed me that first of all the lady that helped me, has resigned, second, The lady, that resigned, told me 15 days, now suddenly it is 6 to 8 weeks, and last, the case was deleted, without any reason. They have resent all the documents, but what now? 8 weeks starting Now? I gave you a month but now my patience is wearing thin. I am banking with FNB for the last 6 to 7 years. And Last year I have picked up heavy problems with my car that costed me almost a new one. Still paying for car I don't even have anymore. I know from last year I don't have the best account at FNB but, Car dealers can take my money, but they cant take my loyalty. Please Help. | |||
