| On the 7th-10-2011 I received a notification of my cell phone that R1140.00 was reserved for purchase, and by that time I had my bank card with me. On the 10th-10-2011 I went the bank to enquire about what was happening with my account. I found out that some company by the name of [URL Removed] took funds from my account. I was assisted by the lady called Nteboheleng Mofokeng, she told me that i will have to pay for the monthly fee while they were still investigating my account. I requested that she cancels and block my account completely, hence it did not make sense for me to be billed for monthly charges while my account is under investigation. she AGREED, and advised me that there wont be any charges. I opened a case, and I was advised that the investigation will take 8weeks. Within that period no one has contacted me to tell me what was happening with the case I opened. Until I went to the bank on the 16th-01-2012, to my surprise I was told, that the money has been reversed back into my account on the 21st-10-2011. Thabang advised me that there was only R155.23 balance on my account, from the money that was reversed into my account, that was because of the montly charges. | |||

i would like to take this opportunity to thank the Randburg Branch manger at FNB for helping me in sorting out the problems i had with my account. i am overwhelmed with joy regarding the services she offered. she scheduled a meeting with me and discussed how the charges came about in my account. i am happy to say all my money was reversed back into my account. Thank you very much |
