| Once again I'm back here. No one cares or takes the time to fix things, just a "I apologize" one liner. Nobody responsible or willing to take responsibility. My Cheque account, where my salary get's paid into, was not reflecting my salary. So I called FNB. They say that it should be in within a few hours. So I decided to go to my closest branch, Century City. I was told that there was a hold on my account and that I should go to my branch (Somerset Mall) to check it out, as "the money will probably be in THEIR account". I rushed back to the office to phone my local branch. They then inform me that my account has been active since the 18th of Jan. This is a new account. I am disgusted. Time to relocate my money and assets elsewhere! | |||

| Quite Impressed: The ONLY, and see ONLY, reason I changed my rating is because of Charlene McCarthy of the Somerset Mall branch. She took responsibility for the problem and handled it like you would expect someone who handles your too... VERY professionally.
