Last week I received a letter from First for Woman, signed by Ms Farrell dated 24 Jan 2012 telling me that if I did not do something by 7 Nov 2011 then my premiums would increase. I was very incensed but I thought I would try and get hold of Ms Farrell myself. Not only did Ms Farrell return my call, she took it seriously and was very concerned with the issued raised. For once, I did not feel like just a number but rather a client that was cared about. Go First for Woman go. |
