Mamelo in the legal department came up with a brilliant solution to a problem I had with a rental vehicle they would be supplying whilst my car was in for repairs. She called back when she said she would, she was efficient, friendly and ensured that I remained a happy, satisfied First for Women client. She made my day! Three call centre operators before her, on the same issue, said that my request could not be accommodated. Somehow, Mamelo found a way where her fellow company representatives could not. THANK YOU MAMELO, YOU ROCK!!! |
