To Whom It May Concern Thanks once again to Emma Meyer for her excellent service. She has provided me thus far. I must really commend her due to the fact that I was very traumatized by the event on Friday . She managed to put me at ease and calm me down. These are very rare qualities. I could feel her empathy towards me. My last claims experience with the telesure group was a negative once. Emma has reassured my faith with the telesure group with this claim. She definitely have excellent client service skills and need to be promoted to management. She has indeed has huge potential. From a very happy client. |
