Good day I contacted 1st for women to take a Policy in January 2012. I was very happy with the consultant and with the premium i was required to pay. I informed the consultant to please debit from the 26/02/2012. This morning 02/02/2012 I get sms to confirm that 1st for women has debited my account!!!!! Firstly I did not take my car to PG GLASS yet for inspection abd Secondly I SAID 26 OF EACH MONTH TO DEBIT ME. I have received my policy letter that confirmed the first debit will go off on the 26/02/2012. I want a call immediatly from a supervior, my email address : [Email Removed] I want them to listen to my recored call with the selling agent to confirm the date. I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATLY AND START DEBITING ME ON THE CORRECT DATE!!! I ALSO WANT THE PROCUDURE TO CANCEL MY POLICY THIS IS UNEHTICAL !!!. 1ST for women has taken money that I needed for other matter instead of debiting on the correct date. I am IRATE an want this matter resolved. I am very dissapointed. |
