| HEADLINE | First for Woman, Last for Customer Care |

| We were burgled on the 25th of January and immedialtly reported this to First for Woman. We faxed through the details of the items that were stolen on the 26th, and even thought the fax transmission report indicated that all pages were sent successfully, the call center indicated they only received 1. On Friday the 27th I phoned again and Henry's e-mail address was given to me. I then e-mailed the scanned document to him. I even phoned to make sure that he did in fact received the e-mail, which he indicated he did. He also proceeded to tell me that it would take 3 working days. Every time that we phoned this week to get an update we were told that someone would phone back, but no-one did. Eventually today Nana informed us that they are still waiting for the documents!!! At no point in all our conversations were we informed of this! They are now refusing to provide me with the recordings of the 27th, which tells me just one thing, this comapny is hiding something. I have far more respect for that ******* that robbed us, at least their intentions were clear. This company pretends to be there for you, and then proceeds to rob you while smiling at you. | |||
