I recently bought a Smart Cover for my iPad from eXpansys through a third party marketplace. Unfortunately, they did not have the colour that I wanted, but the person in charge of the order at the time, immediately offered me alternatives. I opted for another colour, and the item was delivered. Unfortunately, the build quality of the product was inferior, and it literally started falling apart. I contacted eXpansys support, and unfortunately I had to wait a few days for the first reply, but after that, I received very prompt feedback from Blake, and he was answering emails right through the bank until past 8 at night, which shows a lot of dedication and long hours. He immediately offered me a solution, and proposed much more than I requested or expected. I would not delve into the exact agreement, as the gesture would have many people take advantage of them. All I can say, is that my problem was dealt with in the most professional and courteous manner. Many online retailers could take some tips from these guys when it comes to satisfying your customers Well done eXpansys, expect more happy shopping from me in the future! |
