Worst service I have ever received

On the 25th of May 2011, I placed an order for multiple accessories for my Tablet with various delivery time estimates, the longest of which was 15 days. I received no communication from expansys for a month. After calling them they informed me that 2 items from my order had still not arrived from their french office but that i was able to pick up the rest for now. I did so and arranged that they would courier the outstanding items to me. On the 22nd of July (2 months later) I sent an email to expansys (who had still never contacted me to let me know whats going on). They replied that they had one of the remaining items now but not the other. They offered to post it for me and i could pick it up from a postbox but i demanded courier. By now i had moved home and they sent the package to my old address due to a growing lack of communication so i had to pick it up anyway. Today, 8 September (3.5 months later), (I have still never been contacted by expansys), i received the last item of my order. Its useless. It doesn't even work on the galaxy tab despite the description being "USB Wall Charger for Samsung Galaxy Tab". I tried to call them but there is no answer at 12 on a thursday.

We do apologise for the delay experienced with your last remaining item.

Unfortunately no address changes have been received on our side hence why the item was shipped to the same address provided.

I have communicated this to the team to ensure measures are in place to avoid a future occurrence of this nature.

In terms of the item you claim to be faulty, please contact our returns department : returns@expansys.co.za should you wish to obtain a refund for that product.

Furthermore, please ensure you are contacting us on the numbers as listed on our website.
