| The date today is the 20th of December, my order was placed on Monday the 12th of December. the order was for a Toshiba t100 leather case, Overpriced at R750 odd. Once my order was placed I received a pro forma quotation which I paid via EFT immediately, i then sent through the proof of payment immediately, I was told to call and check on my order late last week, which is what I did, only to find out that nothing had been ordered as of yet, and there had been a mess up in accounts. The only solution at the time was to order the product and put it on the fast track for delivery to Johannesburg. Guess again, as this is definitely not the procedure implemented at Expansys. I called again this morning and was told that the product was only ordered yesterday due to another mix up in accounts. I now have the option of getting a full refund, or giving this Christmas present to its owner in 2012? What kind of options are these? I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this, a bill which I will receive, not to mention the money I lose from my transfer? what about the money made from my money sitting in Expansys account? and the time I have wasted browsing their site? | |||
