The impression one gets from Expansys is that they do not need your business. I cannot understand why one receives a bad attitude with such a simple enquiry. The story: I purchased items from Expansys. When sending an email to follow up on the order, I didn't receive any feedback. The next day, I tried to phone them for another enquiry as I wanted to purchase some more items from them. After letting the phone ring for 3 minutes with no answer, I tried emailing again to all addresses I could find. In this email I mentioned my problem to contact them, and also mentioned that with a previous purchase a few months ago, I also never received feedback on enquiries even up to today. They replied very shortly that they do indeed reply within 48 hours (so much for my previous enquiry then...), and that their phones are working (so much for my call too...). I then phoned again and this time got an answer. The person answering the phone was also rude and 'could neither confirm nor deny' that they answered the phone. That must be the weirdest answer I got in my life on something as basic this, and then it's given with an attitude as well. Their attitude went downhill from there. |

| Indifferent: My complaint was not about the response time of that enquiry and I didn't feel treated that way, I was treated that way. I'm indifferent to it, it's Expansys who's losing customers. | |||
