Ordered and payed for item beginning of June, June 8 received this message: 'Your order status is Awaiting Stock transfer from eXpansys France. Please take note of the following : SKU# 100020 is expected to arrive in JHB in a minimum of 5-10 working days.' Waited until June 23 then requested status of order and this was the reply June 27: 'We estimate to receive stock mid next week given no delays at local customs.' Waited until July 5 then again requested status of order and this was the reply July 8: 'I'm sorry to say that we are having some problems sourcing the stock to complete your order, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Our team of purchasing staff are doing everything possible to source the product as soon as possible and we will try our best to keep you informed of the expected delivery date as soon as we have one.' I can go to the local Trappers store and buy one off the shelf, if I can source the item in one day, what have these purchasing staff been doing for a month? |

Hello Richardk Thank you for your comment. Please accept my apologies for the unsatisfactory manner in which your order has turned out. The original quoted lead-time was accurate and your order should have shipped off the item in that time. The item needed to be ordered in from a UK distributor via our Expansys UK office and this was simply not done, leaving ourselves completely let down and ashamed.
