After placing an order with Expansys I was told there would be a 10 day delivery lead time, it has now been 19 days with a further 7 days added by them and no satisfactory ETA in sight. I have been met with vague excuses and no doubt further false promises will be made with little accountability, while Expansys pass the buck onto couriers and third party carriers. This lack of service is unacceptable, and inadequate in light of the new Consumer Protection Act. |

Hello RemusX, Thank you for your comment. Please note the lead-times which are quoted are working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. It can happen that delays can be experienced either when shipping from supplier/manufacturer internationally and further upon arrival in South Africa and the clearing process through customs. Unfortunately any of these events are beyond our control and we do understand how frustrating this can be for you.
