Good day I have made an order with expansys for many months now & many times orders were not delivered as promised. Even got a complimentary R100 from joining Expansys on facebook which was declined. I was misquoted on a delivery charge & had said I could hold them to this as I supplied my address correctly on order but wouldnt due to my relationship with the company & would make other arragement for collection. However I was told this was threatening, hence my order was cancelled although order is ready for collection. Also I couldnt make any further orders with expansys any more. This was directed to me via Blake. I have complimented Expansys to Talk702 via Aki from Technobyte on Twitter for having good prices, but this seems be not enough for expansys. |

Hello gibgo, Thank you for your comment. Please note when lead-times are quoted these are estimates and not promises. It's almost impossible to guarantee a lead-time in the current environment when we can be subject to delays both internationally and locally which are beyond our control. With regards to our Facebook offer, the voucher was posted on our Facebook page for all applicable fans to note and fans have been using the voucher without issue. Unfortunately management have taken a decision due to various reasons which shall not be mentioned. Utterly Disgusted:
Shall not be mentioned, closing doors are we? Well you quoted me incorrectly for a delivery amount, I said I could you hold you to it but wont. This was regarded as intimidating, how so? Are we leaving on the same planet? Further the items we brought in, ready for despatch & after I waited patiently for over 4 weeks. I think its the company who has an issue with myself, note me. I mean that on a personal level. Its pathetic customer service, well I've managed to obtain the items elsewhere |
