Placed an order and somehow they got my credit card details incorrect so I paid by EFT and low and behold they tried to get money from my credit card a second time even though they had already been paid. Then they said they could not fulfil my order so they will refund my money but I will not give them my banking details because they might try to get money from that account so I advised them to deliver cash which they refuse to do. So the next step will be to charge them with *****. By the way no one from expansys has had the common decency to communicate in any form what so ever, all the communication has been initiated by myself. I am off to the police station to lay a charge of *****. |

Hello Neil_ZA, Thank you for your comment. Please note the Credit Card details provided on your order were invalid and could not be processed. You were given the option to provide correct details or make payment by EFT which you did. We have records of e-mail communication sent to you on 17/11 as well as 30/11. Please note in order to refund you for funds which were paid to us by EFT, we would require your banking details in order to pay the funds back to your nominated account.
