Sjoe, I needed a last-minute Christmas gift for my husband - a particular book - and emailed the Durban branches of Exclusive Books to see who could help. I got an email form the Westville branch and a phone call from the Gateway branch that same day. Both were able to help me, and were so friendly. They made my day! Well done, guys!
