| I placed my order two weeks ago with the estimated delivery time being indicated as the 27th of January. When I did not receive a tracking number (or delivery for that matter) by the 30th of January, I sent an email to your customer service address querying the whereabouts of my order. I called your call centre on Tuesday, 31/01 and was told that my book will be delivered on the 1st of February...it wasn't. I phoned again today and was told that the book will be delivered today...it wasn't...and I am still waiting for feedback on my email query. This is the first time I used your online service and it will definately be my last. More incompetence and worse customer communication for an online delivery service I have never encoutered. CAN SOMEBODY LET ME KNOW WHERE MY BOOK IS AND WHEN I WILL GET IT? It's a textbook and my assignments are due in 9 days. You incompetence is costing me a great deal of unnecessary stress and might cause me my module. This is unacceptable! | |||

| Quite Impressed: I had to follow up again a few times before delivery finally happened. They did refund the full cost of the book and delivery for the inconvenience. | |||
