| HEADLINE | What is the point of a Helpdesk???? |

| On the 4th October I logged a call via email to the helpdesk because I could not download the ebook I had purchased. It took over 2 weeks before someone eventually contacted me. I then get told I have downloaded the book, which I haven't, otherwise I wouldn't be complaining. Eventually someone helps me and I download as per their instructions, but instead of a book I get a page showing where I can purchase the book. I get a call from the call centre and get told that they will credit me for the new price of the book & must now purchase and download again. It has been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my credit. Please tell me why you have a helpdesk and why you have an ebook option if you cannot support it. I want this book, either you fix the problem or send me the printed version, either way, FIX IT!!!!! | |||
