i've bought 3 books on 10 January 2012. the payment was only allocated today, 27 January 2012 after i've made a fuss about it. 2 of the 3 books i've bought is not refusing to download as "this order was already fulfilled by other user. i need answers on how if i'm the only person downloading if of my account - it was already fulfilled by other users??? i pay alot of money for books and now i'm only to download and enjoy 1 of the 3 books i've bought more than 2 weeks ago??? this IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I NEED ANSWERS!!!! |
