| HEADLINE | Terrible service from online bookstore!! |

| The service I received from Exclus1ve's online bookstore has been shocking! I placed an order on 5 Dec 2011. Throughout December the status of the order was "potentially delayed". I emailed them and received no response. When I eventually called them in the beginning of January, they said they were unable to find 2 of the 3 books and would refund me. I sent them my banking details but was not refunded. I have since emailed them numerous times with no response apart from the automated one and have called them about 4 times - every time they politely promise to refund me but don't! The last time I phoned, they said I now have to wait until 15 Feb for the refund! This is unacceptable service and far below the standard of other online stores like Kalahari and Takealot! | |||
