| I waited at the tills while a young lady with red highlights in her hair was busy cashing up and a young couple walked up, waved their money in ther air and she looked up and immediately attended to them even though I had been politely waiting for her to serve me. I then spoke to my son about the fact that I was obviously invisible and she finished serving the client and rudely told me I had no need to speak to her that way. I was not speaking to her and she totally misconstrued it because she knows she was in the wrong. I then refused to be served by her and a gentleman assisted me whilst trying to calm me down and he succeeded in doing so. Another customer in the shop also came and explained that the young lady was in the wrong and in too much of a hurry to cash up to have noticed me. At that point an Aaron Louw came and said the lady had told him what had happened ( did not hear my side of the story) then went on to tell me to take my business elsewhere. Is this the type of attitude one should expect from EXCLUSIVE BOOKS? What ever happened to customer service? I am terribly dissapointed will trash my FANATICS card and find a new bookstore!!!Estoril books is a drive away. | |||
