On the 21 Jan 12 I have ordered a book (Learn the Bible in 24 Hours, order nr 1040220936) from Exclusive Book via the internet. As part the order I was informed that the delivery will be 26 Jan 12. On Saturday 28 Jan 12 the book was still not at the Menlyn branch as requested. Monday 30 Jan 12, I phoned orders in Johannesburg on which the operator admitted to me that the book was not released yet to the Menlyn branch. Friday 3 Feb. 12, I went to the branch again and still no book. I am of opinion that the internet service in ordering book from Exclusive is none existing and would like to get a refund for the book already paid. Promises, promises but no delivery!!! |
