| Ordered books late December 2011 for door to door delivery. Sent several messages to customer services from web site when web status did not alter after initial recognision of payment. Also asked for clarification of wording, NO response to date. Phoned the call center and later customer services MANY times. When I did manage to speak to speak to a person, I was always promised that the books would be delivered in the next few days. Eventually I found the phone number for head of customer services on hellopeter. On 24 January Mr Pillay promised to investigate delivery problems and call back. This did not happen. Yesterday, 30 January, I contacted him again to be told that the books had been sent to Exclusive in Midlands mall on 24 January. No one in Exclusive seemed to think that it was essential to notify me of the changed plans or to tell me about the delivery. Yesterday I picked up the books and conveyed my dissatisfaction to a gentleman at Exclusive. His respone: in future you should order through Midlands Mall. NO apology, nothing. | |||
