No feedback on paid for online Order

I placed an order with exclusive books online [URL Removed] and paid on the 23 December 2011 and the expected delivery date was 13 January 2012. I have still had no word on the status of my order. I have requested feedback online two weeks ago, and got none. this is just plain bad customer service.
