I asked a gentleman (wearing a green golf shirt) behind the counter where a specific section was. He responded in a very rude way as if I was bothering him. Later I asked a lady if they have a specific book. She went to check on the computer and while attending to me also attended to another customer at the same time, leaving me to wait. |
