Long wait and then damaged. TWICE!!!!

I ordered a map off the website. It took over two months to be delivered to the store. When I finally got it, it looked as though the roll of paper had been folded in half in two places. After putting up a HUGE performance, phoning headoffice and "customer service" (what a joke), I was couriered a brand new map (within 3 days - WOW, but why did the first order take so long??). On receiving the SECOND couriered map, it was also damaged and bent. WHAT a joke. Shocking service, shocking delivery time, shocking quality of goods.

Utterly Disgusted: Promises of contact again.  And NOTHING!  I will never deal with Exclusive Books again.
