| I made a order online. Firstly the system when I was registering did not pick up my fanatics membership number so I could'nt benefit from the order! secondly the system on the website is not at all user friendly. Once i had finally jumped through all of the silly hoops and bureacracy to actually try to order, I was told to email a copy of my proof of payment to [Email Removed] which I did within under 5 minutes of the order as I paid by EFT!! I mailed exclusives saying please confirm receipt of payment and proof of payment etc, only to about an hour later receive a mail saying we have not received your proof of payment..Really. so i Replied to Paballo Malokotsa with my payment notification and order number FW: Re:Ross Henderson Order Confirmation - 1040217827.. and I have yet to hear anything. From someone who buys thousands of Rands of books per annum you have not got a VERY VERY IRRATE AND ****** OFF CUSTOMER..THIS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE. | |||
