Bad service, delayed responses |
I orderd 2 ipod nano's from the [URL Removed] website on 26 and 28 Nov. After 3 emails and phone calls, the order staus was still "pending" and "awaiting confirmation". When I did eventually speak to a consultant, they said that payment was never received, even though it was done via credit card and deducted within seconds of me confirming the order. Then they tell me that there was a mix up, they thought my orders were an error. When asked why I wasn't contacted if they weren't sure, they had no answer to give. They then promised that both orders would be dispatched overnight and that the tracking info would be sent to me, which never was. I had to phone again to get info. The third item was supposed to be dispatched on Monday, 12 Dec. Only receiving a call today, 14 Dec. 19 days after the actual order, I was informed that it will only be delivered mid-week, next week. [URL Removed] do not respond to emailed or phone requests. They tell you to phone managers, who are never in office to take your call. I will NEVER buy from them again nor refer them to my peers!
