Bad service

Hi, we went to the Brooklyn branch for a relaxing evening on Thursday 26th of January. To start of the book store employer was so noisy, especially a tall guy ( I think he was the manager), he talked so loud we cannot concentrate on what you are trying to read. We took our books and went to the coffee shop to try and relax. While I was sitting there, I observed the following incidence. A lady with her teenage son was standing in front of the counter trying to pay 2 books. A young girl (I think her name is Ursula) was busy cashing up her cash register. You could clearly see she noticed the customer, but that was not her priority. She wanted to finish up and go home. A second couple was also waiting in line, after a long time they started waving their money around to be noticed. Eventually she helped them. The lady with her son complained to the girl, and tries to explain that she wanted to pay and that she is ignoring her. The young girl was so irritable an rude, that the customer asked for someone else to please help her, as she said her money is just as good as anybody else's. With that the young girl through the customers books back at her, and said "THEN FIND SOMEONE ELSE", t
