| On the evening of November 10 2011 I made an order on exclusives and made a transfer electronically for the order on receipt of the confirmation of the order. On Dec 8, I made a follow-up as Exclusives was not communicating on delivery only to find out that the order was cancelled because money was not reflecting on their account. I sent proof of payment through on the 8th and on Dec 23rd. On Dec 28th I sent another e-mail this time requesting a refund, and I have sent a total of 7 e-mails to Nishen Pillay Customer Service Manager, I have left countless messages for him and he has never returns any of my calls, throughout the e-mail I have only two e-mail responses from him. The last phone call I made was on January 17th 2012 to follow-up on the refund and I was told by Keith that Nishen is very busy when I refused to leave a message stating that he never returns calls, Keith also told me that Exclusives only pays out on certain dates, one of the dates provided was the 16th which was a day before I called. I did leave a message with Keith for Nishen to call me back, guess what he still has not called, and still busy. How long does it take Exclusives to process a refund? Or rather | |||
