I recently received an R80.00 voucher from Exclusive Books via email for points accumulated on my Fanat1cs card. Upon clicking on the link in the email to print the voucher, I made a note of the voucher number that was displayed on the website, and proceeded to print my voucher as instructed. I made two copies for safekeeping. I then made my way to the Exclusive Books website to order a book. During the checkout process I attempted to insert the voucher number I had taken down from the website, but it said that the number was invalid. I then looked for a voucher number on the physical voucher I had printed, but the only number on the voucher is located below the barcode, and for some reason the number is cut off on both copies I printed. The rest of the voucher below the number printed fine on both copies. I tried to contact Exclusive Books' customer support via the website, but after submitting my query via the online form I received a Mail Delivery Failed notification via email a few hours later. I would order my book in-store, but alas it is out of stock in all Cape Town branches and I was told by a Canal Walk staff member that I would receive it quicker if I ordered it online. |

| Quite Impressed: An Exclusive Books staff member contacted me to tell me that the voucher had been loaded onto my profile on their side of the system and that I could use the voucher during the checkout process on their website. | |||
