| In June 2011 I placed an online order for 3 books. About a month later I received 3 books, only 2 of which were correct as per the order. I contacted exclusives customer service centre and was told that according to their system my order had been fulfilled correctly. After sending copies of original order and photo's / ISBN of actual book received I was told that in fact there was a mix up and they'd get back to me. I told them that actually I wouldn't mind keeping and paying for the book I had received in error as I actually could use it. They should just bill me for it and take my card details for over phone payment. I was told they would get back to me. After about 2 months of hearing nothing I contacted them again and was told that it was not possible to keep the wrong book, I should return it to my nearest branch and once it was received they would then send the correct book. This was done over 3 months ago. Numerous emails to the person who was assisting me and eventually nearly 7 months later, I still have not even heard from them, let alone been sent the item I have actually paid for. Really disappointed. | |||
