I placed, and paid for an order, online on the 15th of December 2011. I chose to have the delivery sent to the Hyde Park branch which, according to their website, would have received the delivery by no later than the 4th of January 2012. On Thursday, the 12th of January 2012, I went to the Hyde Park branch and was "assisted" by an extremely rude staff member. She informed me that they do not have the order in their possession and that I should wait until they contact me before enquiring further about this order - This after I have contacted their contact centre and they assured me that the order has been dispatched and should be at the Hyde Park branch. The branch staff then assured me that they will follow up with the delivery team and inform me accordingly. To date I have not had any response from the branch or anyone else in regard to this matter. I am appalled by the lack of service that I have received and would appreciate feedback or a refund. I will definitely think twice about ordering any product from Exclusive Books in future. I have ordered several items through Loot and/or Amazon and have never experienced such poor service from them? |

I was contacted by an Exclusive Books representative soon after posting the complaint. The service I received surpassed all my expectations and my order was delivered within the next 2 days (to my front door!). Thank you for the swift, efficient service that I have received! |
