I was on a pre-paid cell phone account with Vodacom and have upgraded to a contract 2 years ago. My Cellphone account has been paid by debit order, and as I am using my phone for my business, and making a lot of calls. I never checked the invoices for illegal costs against my account. The deductions was discovered when my mother prepared my documents for the Auditor,s. The deductions of R4.38 for Exactmobile, and later stated as Lekker Luister, started the same day as the contract. This equates to a total amount of +- R3197.00!! Their telephone number was given to me by Vodacom Customer care, and when we phoned, the lady said that I signed up, but she could not confirm the date, as the computer was "slow", and I couldn't wait any longer. I don't know how this happened, I don't even listen to "Lekker Luister" Please assist me with the date, and dialing number that was used, to describe. Thinking of taking this further. Too many people having problems with the same thing!! The New Consumer Act is created for these incidents. I want my money back !!! |
