I never asked for this service. I have tried to cancel the service *120*31414# and called the 0800 number sent emails to customercare; Customer Care WITH NO RESPONSE. Two months down the line I receive a response from [Email Removed] confirming that the service has been cancelled only to find out today that it has not been canceled. I actually replied to the email asking again that they confirm that it was cancelled and it wasn't. The only thing worse than being ripped off is being ignored. Please, please, please please I want this removed from my account and I want a refund. How is it possible that this can happen without my knowledge or confirmation |
