Exactmobile should be investigated for illegal act

Exactmobile have been subtracting money from my cellphone without me subscribing to anything. They cannot provide me with proof that I have subscribed. I have cancelled this apparent subscription in 2009 and find out today 6 December 2011 that they have still been subtracting money from me daily/weekly and monthly for this '''subscription''. I want my money back and I want better legal procedures put in place for mobile ''services'' like these to protect customers in future.
