EXACT MOBILE Incorrectly billed

I explained to Gugulethu that I have discovered that there was a money that was deducted from my cell, however Gugu mentioned that it could be because of downloading music, but I have never download any music. I explained to her, that I do not recall getting any sms that inform me that I have an subscription with them or even a reminder, well she did not respond on that, then she informed me that yes, the call that was logged by MTN it was only for un-subscription, hence she will send me an sms, where I have to respond by the word OUT, so that the service can be cancelled, I was extremely angry with the fact that I have to wait for their sms to come to my phone so that I can do the cancellation, which means I have to spend another airtime which I do not have, this means that this company have taken about (i.e. if I calculate from 06 June to date, that will be 21 weeks, they have taken + or - R210.00 from me) and this is a lot of money.
