Deduction of money for service I did not request

Good day

Exact Mobile has been deducting money from my autopage cellular account for "content" that I did not subscribed to. This has been done since April 2011 as the 1st deduction is on the 1st of May 2011 account for April usage.
I could not understand why my account is no high every month. Please check your records and you will see that I have not used your service accept for the one ringtone that I subscribed to that was advertized on tv.

I have tried to cancel this on my account with Autopage Cellular directly but they say that you the problem is with Exact mobile and that I must therefore contact Exact Mobile directly.

Please will you investigate and refund the money that was deducted from my account but not authorized by me.
