CHARGED FOR SERVICE NOT REGISTERED FOR

MY MOTHER HAS BEEN CHARGED A WEEKLY FEE FOR A SERVICE SHE DID NOT REGISTER FOR. THE SERVICE STARTED ON FEB 9TH, SHE LEFT FOR ENGLAND ON JAN 29TH.
SHE HAS NOW SPENT THE LAST 2 WEEKS TRYING TO GET THIS SORTED OUT AND BE REFUNDED THE MONEY CHARGED TO HER MNT ACCOUNT.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL HER TO RECTIFY THIS, SHE LEAVES FOR ENGLAND SOON AND WOULD LIKE THIS SORTED OUT BEFORE THEN.
