I am a Director of a large accounting firm, and I met my kids and grandchildren who flew down to Durban to meet my wife and I for the holidays. I accompanied my kids to Europcar and expected the same service I always get on my trips (from other car hire companies). To my pleasant surprise, the service was very efficient, but on top of this, all the staff interacted with my Grandchildren and gave the each a complementary bucket and spade as well as a beach umbrella. When they saw that there were 3 grandchildren, they upgraded my son's car. I walked into Europcar in a good mood, but walked out feeling boyant and full of the Christmas spirit. Really set the tone for my holiday. Because of Europcar's attitude, I now intend to only use them going forward. Thank you Europcar King Shaka and well done. |
