I was in early to return the car and still had 4hours remaining( 10 Jan 2012 ), flight was delayed, i wanted to go to vanguard mall - I spoke to consulatant Mikhail, this guy was excellent - he gave me directions to the place - he was friendly, patient and courteous, he definately went out of his was to assist my son and I - Your Slogan - walk in a customer and leave a friend was definately correct after I dealt with him - when in cape town again i will defintely going to visit my frend mikhail for a car - he made us feel special - So WELL DONE EUROPECAR AND MIKHAIL ( wish it was the same when i came in on the 10th)p113634577/509704925 = 88266/KUL Dr Ashwin Maharajh Durban - KZN |
