Rental was booked by our insurers - therefore not even a 'paying customer' as such. Rental was booked for 13h00 but, my only lift available dropped me off an hour early. I explained to Tevin that knowing I was early, I would make myself comfortable & get through some work on the good ole laptop. No way says Tevin - your allocated vehicle may not be ready, but with some shuffling & organising I can get you into a vehicle & on your way in five minutes. This certainly suited me as I could then fetch my daughter from school on time. All this was accomplished with an extreme professionalism coupled with boundless enthusiasm. You were just as enthusiastic & professional when returning the vehicle! Tevin you are really an asset to your company. |
