| To my knowledge, Europcar is the only rental company based at OR Tambo with two checkin options. The smaller of the two is generally headed up by a very helpful and highly energised guy called Elvis who is, in his own right, a legend. I travel regularly to Jo'burg and Elvis and his team always make me feel welcome. The service at the parking-side kiosk is extremely quick and efficient. The fact that the company is trying to up their green credentials and that their vehicles are well-priced is a bonus. That such a large company can maintain a level of service that is not faceless is truly impressive. | |||
