| I refer to my recent complaint about Europcar Oliver Thambo that wanted to charge me for damages to a rental car, date of incident 17/11/2011, which I did not cause. After discussions with various personnel of Europcar without any results, Mr Fred Bissett, Manager of Europcar, Oliver Thambo, listened to my explanations and took note of my integregity and phoned me this morning to inform me that they closed the file and that I do not owe them anything. I just want to thank him for his understanding and for the manner in which he handled the situation. | |||
